Step by Step guide on Refund Stage 1 framework
PIM Refund Stage 1 Verification
The collation stage of the personal refund system is nearing completion, and for further verification among affected individuals and states, Refund Stage 1 has been introduced. This stage enables everyone to verify if their state is included and affected.
Please note that not all states are involved in the personal refund framework. The purpose of this stage is to facilitate collective record verification, while individual verification will be addressed in the upcoming stages, with updates to follow in the coming months.
Step 2: Learn about the refund system
Proceed to the section "Click here to learn how the refund system works" to familiarize yourself with the refund process.
Step 3: Go to the refund dashboard
After reading the refund system details, return to the page and click on the "GO TO REFUND DASHBOARD" button as shown below.
Step 4: Input the name of the project/company
Input the name of the project/company you are involved in and press the "CHECK" button as shown below.
You can input the Company name in full or in short or rather the project name in full or short form as shown below.
Note if there is a wrong input of company name an error result will be displayed just as shown below.
Step 5: Select the category of your investment
Select the category of your investment made into the project, as shown below.
Step 6: Select your state
Select your state from the options provided, as shown below.
Step 7: Click on the "SUBMIT" button
Click on the "SUBMIT" button and wait for the result to be displayed, as shown below.
Step 8: View your result
You will receive your result based on your state and the category selected under the Project/Company you verified. A sample result is shown below.
Step 9: Note the Scam Alert and Submission Information
Take note of the Scam Alert and the available means of submitting information, as shown below.
It is essential to understand that the personal refund system operates in a stage-by-stage manner, and each stage's update will be rolled out once all necessary measures are in place. Kindly stay tuned for updates until the main refund period.
